The Financial Technology Association (FTA) is a not-for-profit trade organization that educates consumers, regulators, elected officials, and the industry on the value of technology-centered financial services and advocates for the modernization of financial regulation to support inclusion and innovation.

Form Submissions

If you request information, register for an event, or contact FTA through an online form, we ask for and store the business-related information you provide (such as name, email, address, phone number, etc.) to assist us in responding to your request. This information is used for business contacts only. We do not sell business-related or personally identifiable information about our site visitors with third parties.

We will not knowingly collect or use personal identifying information from site visitors younger than 18.

For FTA Staff and Member Contributors that are registered on our website (if any): you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
